The 25HD-STRIPS 2.5MM (Model: 25HD-STRIPS 2.5MM; Other Name: sofa fabric/FR VELVET; Corduroy Fabric) is a 100% polyester 2.5-wale corduroy warp-suede upholstery fabric produced via warp-knitting technology on German Karl Mayer machines. It weighs 260 GSM (±15 gsm) with a heavyweight hand feel, measures 63" (approximately 160 cm) in width — also available at 58/60" (147–152 cm) — and is constructed with a warp-knit tricot structure using a PE-coated warp suede surface. The fabric features a solid pattern in customized colorways with customized stripe (prints) design options, produced on a Make-To-Order basis with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 meters per color. This fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification (“Safe & Sustainable Textiles”). GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. REACH, CA Prop 65, and CPSIA compliance documentation is available upon request.
