Its dual-layer bonded construction combines a high-performance outer shell with a soft 100% polyester fleece inner lining — delivering exceptional warmth retention without the need for a separate lining. Blended with up to 20% spandex, the fabric provides outstanding 4-way stretch for unrestricted movement, making it ideal for performance winter trousers and active outerwear. This fabric is designed for indoor and cold-weather apparel applications. It is not rated for waterproof or outdoor weather-barrier use without additional lamination. Flame-retardant (FR) certification is not included as standard — please inquire separately if FR compliance is required for your end-use market. The bonded fleece construction is optimized for garment use; suitability for prolonged outdoor or UV-exposed applications should be confirmed based on specific end-use requirements.
1. What is the fabric composition?
The outer layer is a polyester-spandex blend (up to 20% spandex) for 4-way stretch performance. The inner lining is 100% polyester fleece, bonded to the outer shell in a dual-layer construction.
2. What certifications does this fabric carry?
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 — certified free from harmful substances and safe for use. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. Please inquire about REACH or CA Prop 65 compliance if required for your target market.
3. Can I customize the color?
Yes. Full Pantone color matching and physical swatch matching are supported. Please provide your target color reference when submitting your inquiry.
4. What is the MOQ and lead time?
Minimum order quantity is 1,000 meters. Lead time is 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
