The 25HD-CHENILLE(WAVE) Solid Plain Chenille Warp Knit Sofa Fabric is a 100% polyester warp-knitted chenille fabric with a solid plain surface, produced by Haining Haida Warp Knitting Co., Ltd at our 10,000+ sqm facility in Haining Warp Knitting Technology Industrial Park, Zhejiang, China. Constructed on German Karl Mayer machines using 75D yarn at 28E gauge with a warp knit structure, this fabric delivers a consistent 400gsm weight with shrink-resistant and waterproof performance. Standard width is 140 cm (55/56 in), customizable per order. Suitable for sofa upholstery, curtains, car interiors, bags, lining, home textile, and toy applications. Produced under OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification, confirming all components are tested for harmful substances and safe for use.
