The MINKY DOT (Model Number: minky dot; Product Name: baby blanket minky dot bedding fabric blanket polyester) is a 100% polyester minky dot embossed fleece fabric produced via warp-knitting technology on German Karl Mayer machines. It is available in a weight range of 180–400 g/m² depending on specification, measures 58/60" (147–152 cm) in width, and is constructed with a warp-knit structure at 75D/144F yarn count and 28E/32S density. The fabric features an embossed dot (minky dot) pattern in customized colorways, produced on a Make-To-Order basis with a minimum order quantity of 600 meters per color. Manufactured by Haining Haida Warp Knitting Co., Ltd — a 23-year warp-knitting specialist operating 15 German Karl Mayer machines with a daily output of 140,000 meters from a 10,000+ sqm facility in Haining Warp Knitting Technology Industrial Park, Zhejiang, China. This fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification (“Safe & Sustainable Textiles”). GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. REACH, CA Prop 65, and CPSIA compliance documentation is available upon request. Supplier customization capabilities include minor, drawing-based, sample-based, and full customization.
