The Haida Imitation Chenille Upholstery Fabric (Model: 25HD-FXNR-E001(WP)) is a 100% polyester warp-knitted velvet-type fabric engineered to replicate the texture and appearance of traditional chenille at a consistent industrial quality. It is produced with a weight of 400 GSM (±15 GSM) and a finished width of 140 cm (55/56 in), using a yarn count of 75D and a density of 252. The knitted type is Warp, with a Print style and Solid pattern. It is suitable for residential sofas, curtains, car interiors, bags, linings, toys, and a broad range of home textile applications. Supplied as Make-To-Order with FOB pricing from Shanghai or Ningbo port, with an MOQ of 1,000 meters per color.
Manufactured directly by Haining Haida Warp Knitting Co., Ltd — a 23-year warp knitting specialist operating 15 Karl Mayer machines with a daily capacity of 140,000 meters — this fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. REACH and CA Prop 65 compliance documentation is available on request. The fabric is shrink-resistant and waterproof as standard. Custom colors are available via sample-based, drawing-based, or full customization. Lead time is 15–30 days from order confirmation and receipt of 30% deposit.
