The Haida Holland Velvet is a 100% polyester warp-knitted velvet fabric engineered for residential and commercial upholstery applications. Produced on German Karl Mayer warp knitting machines, it delivers a consistent pile surface with a weight of 260 GSM and a finished width of 160 cm (63 in). The fabric is breathable and water-resistant, making it suitable for sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, headboards, and decorative panels. It is supplied as Make-To-Order with FOB pricing from Shanghai or Ningbo port.
Manufactured directly by Haining Haida Warp Knitting Co., Ltd — a 23-year warp knitting specialist operating 15 Karl Mayer machines with a daily capacity of 140,000 meters — this fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certifications. REACH and CA Prop 65 compliance documentation is available on request. FR treatment options (BS 5852, CA TB117-2013) can be applied for contract and hospitality projects. Custom colors are available via sample-based or drawing-based customization.
