The 25HD-FLANNEL STRIPS (Product Name: corduroy fabric) is a 100% polyester corduroy stripe velvet upholstery fabric produced via warp-knitting technology on German Karl Mayer machines. It weighs 400 g/m² (±15 gsm) with a medium-weight hand feel, measures 55/56" (140–142 cm) in width, and is constructed with a warp-knit velvet structure at 75D yarn count and 28E density. The fabric features a solid pattern in customized colorways with customized stripe designs, produced on a Make-To-Order basis with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 meters per color. Standard performance attributes include shrink resistance and waterproofing. This fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification (“Safe & Sustainable Textiles”). GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. REACH, CA Prop 65, and CPSIA compliance documentation is available upon request.
