The 25HD-Koalo velvet (Product Name: boucle fabric) is a 100% polyester boucle koalo velvet upholstery fabric produced via warp-knitting technology on German Karl Mayer machines. It weighs 400 g/m² (±15 gsm) with a medium-weight hand feel, measures 55/56" (140–142 cm) in width, and is constructed with a warp-knit velvet structure at 75D yarn count and 28E density. The fabric features a solid pattern in customized colorways with customized design options, produced on a Make-To-Order basis with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 meters per color. Standard performance attributes include shrink resistance and waterproofing. Primary use cases include sofa upholstery, curtains, bags, car linings, toys, and home textile applications requiring a textured, boucle-surface face fabric.
Manufactured by Haining Haida Warp Knitting Co., Ltd — a 23-year warp-knitting specialist operating 15 German Karl Mayer machines with a daily output of 140,000 meters from a 10,000+ sqm facility in Haining Warp Knitting Technology Industrial Park, Zhejiang, China. This fabric carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification (“Safe & Sustainable Textiles”). GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. REACH, CA Prop 65, and CPSIA compliance documentation is available upon request. FR treatment options including BS 5852, CA TB117-2013, and IMO are available for contract and hospitality projects; buyers should confirm applicable standards at the inquiry stage. MOQ is 1,000 meters per color. Standard lead time is 15–30 days; approximately 31 days for quantities of 1–5,000 m. Lead time for orders exceeding 10,000 m is negotiable. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production.
