The Haida 8900# is a 360 GSM warp-knitted 100% polyester fabric featuring a high-performance PFC-free (fluorine-free) DWR waterproof coating. Engineered for casual jackets, outdoor trousers, and lightweight down-jacket shell applications, it delivers reliable water repellency without the environmental concerns of traditional PFAS-based treatments — meeting the strict eco-standards of leading European and North American brands. Constructed from 75D/144F yarn at 28E density, it offers excellent abrasion resistance, vibrant color fastness, and breathable comfort for year-round performance wear. This fabric features a PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish suitable for light rain and outdoor casual use. It is not rated for heavy-duty waterproof applications requiring a hydrostatic head rating; please request a technical data sheet for performance specifications. Flame-retardant (FR) certification is not included as standard — please inquire separately if FR compliance is required for commercial or contract projects. For indoor upholstery use, standard cleaning and care guidelines apply.

3. Can I customize the color?
Yes. We support full Pantone color matching and physical swatch matching. Custom dyeing is available for MOQ orders.
4. What is the MOQ and lead time?
Minimum order quantity is 1,000 meters. Standard lead time is 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
5. Can I request a sample?

6. Is this fabric suitable for commercial or contract projects requiring FR certification?
The standard 8900# does not include FR certification. For commercial upholstery or contract projects requiring flame-retardant compliance (e.g., BS 5852, CAL 117), please inquire about our FR-treated variants.
7. What is the fabric width?
Standard width is 56 inches (approx. 142 cm). Custom widths are available upon request for bulk orders.
8. Are custom finishing or post-treatment options available?
Yes. We offer options including enhanced DWR re-coating, anti-pilling treatment, and custom embossing or printing. Please specify your requirements when inquiring.
