The 8500F is a 360 GSM warp-knitted nylon fabric featuring a premium 2-layer TPU white film lamination, engineered for hardshell jackets, luxury down parkas, and high-performance outerwear. The TPU laminate creates an impenetrable physical barrier against wind, rain, and down leakage — making it the definitive choice for technical down jackets with the highest fill-power requirements. Constructed from 100% polyester (75D/144F) with high-tenacity nylon yarns, it delivers outstanding tear resistance and durability while remaining lightweight and packable. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, produced at our Haining, Zhejiang facility on a make-to-order basis for global apparel brands and B2B buyers.

This fabric is designed primarily for indoor and covered outdoor applications. The TPU lamination provides robust waterproofing and down-proof performance; however, prolonged direct UV exposure may affect lamination integrity over time. Flame-retardant (FR) certification is not included as standard — please inquire separately if FR compliance is required for contract, hospitality, or automotive OEM projects. Custom finishing options, including additional coatings and anti-pilling treatment, are available upon request.
