This fabric is designed for cold-weather apparel and soft-shell applications. The waterproof treatment provides effective rain and snow resistance; it is not rated for prolonged submersion. Far-infrared thermal performance is optimized for body-heat retention in sub-zero conditions. Flame-retardant (FR) certification is not included as standard — please inquire separately if FR compliance is required for your end-use market.
1. What is the fabric composition?
The outer shell is a nylon-spandex blend providing 4-way stretch and weather resistance. The inner lining is 100% polyester fleece with far-infrared thermal technology, bonded to the outer shell in a 2-layer construction.
2. What certifications does this fabric carry?
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 — certified free from harmful substances. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification is also available. Please inquire about REACH or CA Prop 65 compliance if required for your target market.
3. Can I customize the color?
Yes. Full Pantone color matching and physical swatch matching are supported. Please provide your target color reference when submitting your inquiry.
4. What is the MOQ and lead time?
Minimum order quantity is 1,200 meters per color. Lead time is 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.

Flame-retardant treatment is available as an add-on process. Please specify your FR requirements (standard, country, or test method) at the time of inquiry so we can advise on the appropriate treatment.

Standard width is 56 inches (approx. 142 cm). Custom widths may be available depending on production scheduling — please inquire based on your requirements.
8. Are custom finishes or post-processing options available?
Yes. Options include enhanced DWR (durable water repellent) coatings, anti-static treatment, and custom embossing or printing on the outer shell. Please discuss your specific finishing requirements with our team at the time of inquiry.
