The Haida 1165M# is a 360 GSM warp-knitted nylon/spandex fabric engineered for high-performance activewear and athletic apparel. Treated with authentic 3M moisture-wicking technology, it rapidly pulls sweat away from the body and accelerates evaporation — keeping athletes cool, dry, and focused during intense training or endurance sports. The full-matte finish, achieved through specialty matte nylon fibers, delivers a premium, glare-free aesthetic ideal for professional sportswear and fashion-forward athleisure. Four-way stretch with premium spandex ensures unrestricted movement and reliable shape recovery. Constructed from 75D/144F yarn at 28E density, available in 56" width or custom dimensions. The 3M moisture-wicking finish is applied via authentic 3M chemical treatment and is designed to withstand repeated industrial washing while maintaining performance. This fabric is intended for indoor and light outdoor use; prolonged heavy outdoor exposure may affect the moisture-wicking treatment over time. Flame-retardant (FR) certification is not included as standard — please inquire separately if FR compliance is required for commercial or contract projects. For best care results, follow standard activewear washing guidelines (cold wash, no bleach, low tumble dry).

2. What certifications does this fabric carry?
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring the fabric is free from harmful substances and safe for use. REACH and CA Prop 65 compliance available upon request. GRS certification available for recycled-content variants — please inquire.
3. Can I customize the color?
Yes. We support full Pantone color matching and physical swatch matching. The full-matte fiber ensures consistent, rich color reproduction across all custom colorways.
4. What is the MOQ and lead time?
Minimum order quantity is 1,000 meters. Standard lead time is 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
5. Can I request a sample?
Yes, samples are available free of charge. Please contact us with your shipping details and color/spec requirements.
6. Is this fabric suitable for commercial or contract projects requiring FR certification?
The standard 1165M# does not include FR certification. For commercial upholstery or contract projects requiring flame-retardant compliance (e.g., BS 5852, CAL 117), please inquire about our FR-treated variants.
7. What is the fabric width?
Standard width is 56 inches (approx. 142 cm). Custom widths are available upon request for bulk orders.
8. Are custom finishing or post-treatment options available?
Yes. We offer options including additional DWR waterproof coating, anti-pilling treatment, and custom printing or embossing. Please specify your requirements when inquiring.
