23HD-FE003 is a lightweight Velboa fabric with a 150gsm plush face and a 50gsm pongee backing, recorded at a 200gsm total on a 155cm width. The short plush face gives a soft hand without weight, and the pongee reverse holds the composite flat, so it folds, presses, and sews into small panels cleanly. At 200gsm it is the lightest build in this range, which makes it suited to cushion covers, chair pads, and bench seat refurbishment rather than heavy fixed upholstery. The 155cm width gives a little extra panel room against the standard 150cm. Confirm usable width, composition, and performance requirements on a physical sample.
